Community Resource Referrals: If you or a loved one is in need
of resources for medical care, financial support, counseling, wig or prosthetic
providers, or other cancer-related resource, Cancer Support Community can help.
Call (513) 791-4060, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, and ask to talk with the
Program Director or a member of the Program Staff. Our Licensed Independent Social
Workers will make every effort to locate the resource you need.

Cancer Support Community offers professional assistance for individuals preparing to make a treatment-related decision.
If you have an upcoming appointment with a doctor to discuss your treatment options, this FREE service, called Open to Options, will help you develop a list of questions so you will be well-prepared for your appointment – putting you in a position to make the decision that best fits your personal goals and objectives.
