improve your health and quality of life. Whether you want learn to stretch and strengthen,
relax and unwind, eat more nutritiously, or simply get out of the house and connect
with others, you are sure to find there’s a class just right for you and your loved
ones.

This movement program is especially designed for the side effects of cancer treatment such as fatigue, joint pain, lymphedema, neuropathy/balance issues, and reduced range of motion. It is endorsed by leading oncologists, psychologists, surgeons and exercise experts.
